CDM Review Services
Perform a Quality Assurance (QA) review of current chargemaster CPT, ICD-9 and HCPCS codes as well as corresponding revenue code association. Assure all current CPT. ICD-9 and HCPCS codes are included in CDM and have accurate descriptors. Verify that all outdated CPT. ICD-9 and HCPCS codes are deleted from CDM. Assure appropriate revenue code assignment.
Perform a review of any claim scrubbing software to assure it's accuracy and inclusiveness of all current CCI edits
Education seminars to instruct facilities in CDM self review
