Revenue Optimization Review Services
Perform a prospective or retrospective claim based coding and chart documentation audit to evaluate accurate & complete charge capture and documentary support for charges claimed. This review includes evaluating any charge capture documents and/or documentation templates, registration documentation, interviews with key personnel, including those of any billing service employed, an operational review including direct observation, including of any billing service employed, an audit of a sample of suspended, reduced and denied claims to identify problem areas and their resolution, and a Provider specific update on covered services and regulatory changes affecting revenue. A formal report focusing on areas of missed revenue, dollar estimate of missed revenue and actions for optimization is included
